2024 tax return

For the most part I was pleased with the software and its handling of the data. I did encounter one problem. When I wanted to E-File my Federal Return it asked me to Verify my 20-23 AGI. I had imported my previous years returning, but the confirmation was for $0 AGI. This was not accurate. it didn't pick up my AGI and it also asked to verify my wife's AGI & if she had previously filed a return. We filed a joint Return in 2023! I'm sure this will cause some verification issues with the IRS.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I keep using the software because I have for years. Last year there was the crash right at filing time. This year I could not submit an amended return fir my son because the filing status was inaccurate (showing “not filed” when in fact he had already received his refund). Getting tired of the issues.

If the last year tax report (in the TaxCut or TurboTax format) was imported, then while entering the current requested data, the application should always provide pop-up reference to the analogous previous year data!!!
