Normally I really find the program easy to use EXCEPT for one major issue this year. My husband owns a managed fund; the 1099B imported fine but there were almost 600 transactions that all had a ! next to them so I had to open each one individually and click next to verify it. That's a lot of clicks. Furthermore, the scroll bar always reset to the top of the list which made scrolling down to the next one tedious. Can you make an "I approve all transactions" on a 1099B button?

Cons: Time consuming

I've used H&R Tax for 10 years. My first year needing to do an RMD the software was very confusing. You need to fix it with better language or a simple test to validate you met the RMD.

i have been using H & R for years. This is the first year I have had issues with it. While I am over 62, I do not collect Social Security. It kept trying to make me fill out the SS form then calculated that I owed addition amounts It would not let me delete the form SO I had to put ZEROS in all the boxes. 2 issue was that it did not carry all the information from the Federal return to the State returns It dropped all the FEIN numbers on the 1099s when they moved to the State return
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid software, but please figure out how to integrate PA state filing like you do for federal filing. What a hassle, all the info is there, just link with state, just charge us $10 extra.
