The only thing I dont like about it , is that HR Block is slow to adopt new things. I have to go to Turbo Tax 2 or three times for EV tax credit among another thing.

I have been a H&R homestead program user over 25 years. I have never been audited. I feel the program year in and year out has properly completed and sent required forms to the IRS accurately while providing me maximum refunds, etc.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

2nd year in a row that my IRS PIN trashed the software - it wouldn't allow me to file online as the IRS PIN wasn't accepted. My credit card was still charged for the state filing though. Oh by the way, I called support and the guy told me he would fix it, then he transferred me to the main phone menu and never called me back.
You can't make this stuff up. TurboTax next year...
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

have been using for quite a while. the only problem is when I untented IRS provided security code that has 6 digits. however it allowed only 5 digits input and there was message stating any 5 digits from IRS provided code will be good. the issue is my filing got rejected and when I went back to input it allows 6 digits input at that point. why 6 digits was not available when I filed the return. what a waste of my time.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

The software filled unnecessary forms and I had to delete a few. And there were some which I couldn't delete. Plus I had to pay for efiling which was not mentioned when I bought the software.
