the program was awkward to use. your professional program was much easier to use. why can't you make your over the counter products more like the professional version?
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I enjoyed the program except for the warnings which required me to resolve. Social Security issue when I had no Social Security income. Fortunately, it didn’t recent transmission of my return. I have never encountered an issue before this year and it was quite unnerving especially with 2 on-time filing days left.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Been using HRB for like 20 years. This year was awful. Glitches in your programming caused all my families’ tax returns to not save after I filed last year. Hence, I had no prior years’ return data to import. Big headache! Just as bad, this years tax returns I completed and before I filed the return “disappeared” with an error message. I had to redo the WHOLE

Worked for me for a second year in a row. Only issue, is that the interface is dated, but program worked well for federal and state filings. Picked up the info from last years program. Updates were quick and easy. Didn't attempt much assistance from the program. On a few issues I had to consult other avenues, like IRS website and financial online services. Overall excellent program. I felt it allow easier modification/additions to the tax filings than Turbotax program.
