Not intuitive or easy to navigate. The interface feels very out of date, like something from 10 or 15 years ago. It's less expensive than TurboTax but a million times harder to use. Lots of wasted time trying to figure things out, and my taxes aren't complicated at all.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

The PA state software could be more helpful in ascertaining the dollar amount of dividends to be excluded as PA taxable income, since the dollar amount was earned from state or federal obligations.
