Terrible! I am late due to your lacking support

I had used this before but this year the Federal portion worked ok but the State product was unusable I paid twice for it and still won’t work. I am now past the filing deadline and it won’t download and your support chatbot is useless! Refund my money!
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the state and fed bundle. I was disappointed that the bundle did not include efile. I felt that it was misleading to request an extra fee at the end of completing the state return. Our state offers a free online version which includes filling.

No good,you get to the end and then charge me for state.So you get that far into it and end of you wits pull out the charge card and charge so it can be sent.I purchased fed. And state and still needed to pay I didn't appreciate that.

Cons: Time consuming

A little disappointed that I had to wait and find out at the end that I couldn't pay my owed federal taxes with my credit card. Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't that a feature in previous years? It would be nice to know of the changes up front. I did expect the hidden fee for submitting the taxes electronically, but most probably think it is covered in the cost of the Deluxe software.
