I have used this software for about 16 years. It's always been great for helping me file my taxes. This year I needed to file taxes for my very recently deceased father-in-law. I have to say I was incredibly disappointed that I spent 4 hours pulling everything together and in the end I couldn't e-file the taxes because he was deceased. It would be great if in the beginning of entering the information when someone checks the box "I'm filing this return for a deceased taxpayer" that an information box would pop up explaining that you have to mail the return with a death certificate. I wouldn't have wasted 4 hours on April 15th rushing to get it filed if I'd known that.
