There was one glitch in filling in state portion of 1099 box 16 which has no update information required me to put gross amount of wage in which has never been a requirement on past returns it seemed to be a mistake in the program.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Not quite as user-friendly as TurboTax. Some suggested improvements: 1. The numbers in the shaded boxes are hard to read. Please make the shading less dark. 2. Please provide way of magnifying the entire page, even if requires scrolling through more pages. 3. After I completed my return, I thought I would get the opportunity to request calculation of my estimated taxes, but I did not. Had to do it manually.

There were several sections like moving expenses where I spent a considerable amount of time putting in deductions only to be told when done that I did qualify and that only military people do. That should have been asked and vetted fully at the beginning. Complete waste of my time

Found tax deductions that your competitors may have missed. You should simplify certain entries - Insert values in the questionnaire instead of having to go to the forms and entering there. Also, our information from the previous tax year should automatically be entered in the current year instead of having to same the info on a flash drive and then download into the current year. Otherwise, a good program

Its ok and does the job, simple to use. I needed to file in 2 states this year but refuse to pay more for the additional state than what I paid for the deluxe edition. Used a free online tax program instead . Document import is limited could not import banking information when other apps did it without issue.

Cons: Hard to import documents
