Generally excellent for the Federal forms. The New Jersey version did not help me figure out which interest was not taxable by the state but otherwise worked well.

Extraordinarily disappointed that I paid for a tax package that should allow me to file my federal return, and it didn’t. The error I got seemed to indicate that the IRS already had a tax return for me, and I confirmed with the IRS they did not. I had to end up submitting my return via mail which I was trying to avoid in the first place.
