Extraordinarily disappointed that I paid for a tax package that should allow me to file my federal return, and it didn’t. The error I got seemed to indicate that the IRS already had a tax return for me, and I confirmed with the IRS they did not. I had to end up submitting my return via mail which I was trying to avoid in the first place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This year was fine and how it should go, without incident. I’m still stinging from last year and the 10:or so hours I waited for support online. I will switch now that there is no discounted offer.

I did 3 Federal returns and on every one there was a "problem" with the final check. In every case it brought up a form that required a change in the entries. In every case, the form was not needed for my returns and when I tried to enter in the "problem" box, the software would not make the change. I've used you for over 10 years but I'm thinking next year I may need to try TurboTax. I am not happy with the glitches!!!!!
