Product is easy to use. I had difficulty getting in touch with help when I had a problem with my return. I wanted to talk to a live person about my situation and could not find a way to do that

After several years of using this tax software, this year it was the worst experience ever! They made it harder to buy, download and install. I assume it is because they already have your money before you know how awful and stupid they have made the actual process of getting and installing their software.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
