The program was easy enough to use, but next year I’ll go back to having a tax expert do my taxes. I just feel I may be missing out on knowledge that might help me get a better return.

I've been using your software for more than a decade and never had problems until this year. You revised the section on taking your RMD from an IRA, from two simple questions (how much were you supposed to take out and how much did you take) to something that was long, confusing, and almost impossible to not have the software claim I owed a big penalty despite the fact that my bank calculated the RMD and took out every penny. When I called the help line to get help with this issue the lady I spoke with tried to help, but beyond saying she had run into this problem before had no idea how to resolve the problem or interpret what some of the questions meant and how they should be answered. In addition, for reasons I fail to understand, opening the software caused about 20 versions of the program to run simultaneously, and each one had to be shut down manually when trying to close the software. And NO, I don't have a virus or malware according to three different antivirus/antimalware programs.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible! I submitted my tax return and it was rejected by the IRS because it said someone already filed using my wife’s SSN. We had to call the IRS and they confirmed no one had filed using that SSN. They claimed it was a glitch in the H&R Block software.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You changed it so much. I've used this program since it came out faithfully but I think I will be changing next year it is so different. Why change something working so well. I was not the only one that hated it.
