Had the same problem as last year - agi did not agree even though it shows correct. When i called last year got sent down a rathole by your people and got it filed in april and paid in july 2026. Will csll support again but not looking forward to it. No choice unfortunately for 2025 will look at other options for this year.

Had some problems.

Have been using Block tax prep program for many years. However, the version for 2025 taxes gave me some problems. Perhaps, it use user error but had to do the taxes twice. First time the program had me owing $2.0 Million in taxes! I wish I had that problem. Had to start a second return from scratch so, I did double work. Still not sure the results are right. Will have to check it again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fairly easy to use. i have used for over ten years, so I sort of know how it goes. They have all the forms in case you need to go out of the standard program.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

On previous apps they ask all kinds of questions. Make sure that you got all the credits and stuff that you didn’t miss one in here. There was none I don’t get it.

Have used H&R Tax for many years and have not had an issue with the software until now. Software has a bug in the Foreign Tax Credit section. Unfortunately did not find out until I electronically filed my return and it was rejected!. Did receive a notice on how to fix but disappointed it was not caught and fixed in one of their updates. Honestly give me pause whether to continue to use. Sloppy on their part.
