Underlying product doesn't appear to have been updated in years. A lot of features are flaky, like "take me to related form" (often incorrectly errors "There are no related entries here"). Help is lame (brain-dead search, incomplete navigation/context). Some forms can only be populated via the interview. Etc.
Plus: cheaper than TurboTax.
