I have used this software for 4-5 years in a row, and EVERY year there are stupid, easy to fix errors in the software. They usually show up in the final review. But the problem comes down to, in at least one case every year, of not being able to make the correct change. It's always an error in the software. Another issue for me is the number of questions one has to go through. The vast majority never apply to me but, because of them, it seems to take two hours longer than it should to complete the filing. It seems a simple fix would be to group in the questions in a vertical hierarchy with a simple question at the top, "Does this case (did you sell stock to a one legged donkey in Albania) apply to you?" If NO, then let us skip the next 50-60 questions. Next year, I am trying a different product. Maybe even do it manually again.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
