I've used this software for many years and never had an issue until this years return. I pulled in the data electronically from the 2023 return but important items such as the 2023 AGI did not pull in correctly. I trusted the software a little too much....the IRS rejected my return and I guess thought my identity was compromised and then wouldn't let me efile. I had to print out the return and send in by mail....disappointed
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have used this software for years and depend upon it greatly. My wife and I farm. I still work full time outside the farm, but we both are retired. Our taxes are rather complicated (27 pages this year). I could not do this without H&R Block software. The past two years, however, I had troubles filing electronically. Once you start filing electronically and problems occur, it can cost money and headaches. The problems have originated outside of the program, but paying for a state submission prior to the federal form being accepted and committing to filing electronically before finding out how much paying for your money transfer will be is risky.
