I have used H&R Block software for many years. It is easy to use and answers any questions I have related to tax questions. I love the free federal uploads provided with the software. It would be great to have the same corresponding free uploads for state returns.

Been using the software since 2004. In the last two years it has been plagued with issues. This year the state program had issues with entering banking info for refund. Not sure I'll use it again next year.

We have been buying H & R software for almost ten years. This year we were so disappointed. When we uploaded information from last year, it omitted my husband's pension which he has been recaiving for years. It also uploaded an investment company ID wrong. We caught the pension immediately, but the ID took us several rejections from the IRS. So stressful.

I reported a problem with the way your program processes mortgage loan interest when a loan is sold to another servicer during the year. Additionally, the help section of your program dealing with the issue links to the wrong IRS publication. Very disappointed in the lack of quality control in this year's program. Got no response about the errors in the program.
