missing key instructions for usual forms. Something as simple as payers ID number on my form has no corresponding place on their form or interview, turns out not needed on all 1099s but NO info about it
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

Missed a big error in my 2023 and 2024 state tax return. Caught in in 2024 but had to file an amended return for 2023. When it brought info from federal over to state, the retirement info had a field (private/public) that was left blank, needed to manually select one. The program should have caught that on the accuracy report but it didn't. Other than that, software pretty easy to use.
