I bought it five months ago. A few things that frustrated me are the parts dealing with Social Security and Medicare. If you are not getting Social Security or Medicare, let them be a yes or no answer and move on from that. It took me hours to figure out the forms, and I almost missed the deadline because I could not file my return without figuring those parts out. Filing a tax return shouldn’t be that difficult.

The program functions well and seems thorough, and easy to use.
A big problem I found this year and once a few years ago has to do with saving one's work.
This year after filling out the entire tax return, I decided to file an extension. When I did it asked whether to save th e extension or the return. I hit extension and it wiped out my entire return and had to redo everything. VERY FRUSTRATING!! It should be harder to wipe out work with a warning OR a note saying ARE YOU SURE or warning what the outcome is.....or a way to save elsewhere.
I cou;dn't get any help through any of the Help program

Thanks for fixing the filing issue that happened last year. Filing was faster than usual this year. It would help me if you expanded the Helps part of the software. The information is very limited & I often have to search on line for information.

Well it's better than pen and paper, but leaves lot to be desired. My returns are not complicated, but this program drags you though page after page of items that don't apply to me. So that adds complication to the process.
