I couldn't get the state program to install, and struggled to get the federal program installed. Never had a problem previous years. But this is a new computer without a Microsoft account. Maybe that was the cause, but having a Microsoft account isn't listed in the requirements.

I have used the H&R Block software for many years, after having used Turbo Tax for years. So far, H&R Block has performed well in completing taxes, and I have no reason to change to a different tax software package.
