The software downloaded easily onto my laptop. It used last years info to make entries much faster and easier.I think the help function could be made friendlier to use if a question arises and needs clarification.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Seems harder to enter data and follow on than in the past. State form does not include all necessary forms.

I asked to print SR 1-3 and got 15 pages I didn’t want.
Going. Back and forth. Between pages when using forms is difficult. The little window box is too small.
It seems like it was more difficult to complete my return then in prior years.
Pros: Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
