Rather than try to repeat my survey/review following completion of the H&R Deluxe-State 2024 Tax Programs, you can capture it in your company digital mail of April 17, minus, or plus a day. Truely, an olde bird on the doorstep of 88 shouldn't be puzzling with income taxes anyway, but by doing them since I needed to start, each year I feel I'm up to the challenge, I invariably get screwed around again to my consternation. My take on your Federal Tax Program caused me bewilderment in plowing through a maze of "fix it up questions" in the remainder of the program to get to the light at the end of the maze where the taxing answers were revealed. If that was the easy way to present the tax solution, I was exhausted at the completion.
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had to pay extra to file an extension because the software is not working. Will not allow efile due to reporting foreign accounts. Very dissatisfied, need to check other options next year.

Software did it's job figuring out my taxes.One annoying glitch it had was it would enter a double 6 when I just pressed 6 once, about 50% or so of the time.After I figured out why I was getting errant numbers I could watch it happen..I didn't catch it signing my state form and it was rejected because of this issue.Easy enough to resend,but very annoying entering figures.

I trust the brand. My only disappointment is when some info from the federal doesn't get carried over to the state or info from last year doesn't get carried over. See driver's license, bank info etc.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Need to ask people if they have an IRS pin first thing with a warning to check it on IDMe.Filing was rejected on tax day setting off a mad scramble. Also, stop opening the register now and Readme pages every time.
