I have used your software since the Andrew Tobias TaxCut days. This year is the first time I have had technical issues with anything. I purchased the "+ State" version and have downloaded and successfully installed South Carolina. However, I am having two (2) problems with South Carolina.
1.) It will not allow me to generate a SC4868 without specifying AGI and already collected SC taxes.
2.) If I try to return to my SC documents or print out a blank SC form, all the headings say I'm working with New York State. And, I can not find the SC forms listed anywhere; I have nothing to do with New York State.

change one number and other fields do not adjust. very bad for a base system. turbotax is more efficient and can import forms from more financial sources.

I've used the software for many years. Our family's taxes are not simple, and the software is up to the task of handling them, Still, there are some challenges: I have to pay for a state filing for each return. I have to put information from one return into each of the others for "kiddie tax".

The software met my needs and was easy to use for the most part. Only Issues: I wish they would work on Schedule K-1 software and given more complete guidance. For the QBI discussion, it nebulously says you may have to do more calculations. 2. I wish it iwould give strong warning as soon as it determines whether or not you can e-file. It first gave me warning that I would have to file on paper instead when I pressed the E-file button the day before tax day. Give me a warning and let me check if I will able to e-file earlier and easier.
