I'm not an accountant -- I'm a taxpayer. And more and more, I fell I must be an accountant to use your program. You ask for details that I'm unfamiliar with, and refer me to a government form that is ten pages of lawyer in small print that sends me to another form that's supposed to clear up any confusion. It doesn't,
I'm sure the confusion comes from politicians and lawyers. You're going to have to up your clarity to counterbalance it.

Bought this because TT no longer supports Macs from 2015. Go figure. Anyway, the Fed portion was pretty much the same as TT. But when it comes to the state (NJ) return, things get more interesting. If you're getting a federal K1 from an LLC or a trust, the program will transfer any dividend and interest income from the Fed return, but not in the form of a state K1. The software does not have you create a state K1. You have to figure out how to enter K1 income (other than dividends & interest) on your own. It was not a catastrophe, but I can't figure out why they do it this way.
