I've used Block software for many years, cd days. Product continues to deliver consistent reliable results.
However, product technical and tax telephone support once again failed to even understand my question. The pat answer is "our developers are aware and a correction will be in a future update". That after waiting on hold, for extended time.

H&R continues my history of tax filing. Some aspects of the tax program are confusing and not intuitive (particularly as apply to things like contribution, QCD, maximum charitable contributions, and even accessing the new year ES-1040. I wish it were possible during preparation to print an IRS form by itself without a bunch of non-filing schedules. OR maybe I'm just getting old.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was not able to e-file due to a K1 from an estate yet my brother using TurboTax was able to. I also think to file an extension should be free. I will be considering whether or not to stay or move to TurboTax next year. This is not the first time H&R Block software has been problematic.
