I have been a long time user of this tax software. It works well for my needs. What I don't like is the filing fee for state taxes after buying Deluxe + State. Filing fee for state taxes should be included.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Bought and downloaded when released. Didn't enter my AGI from last year like program said it did, only a zero. Had top enter my AGI manually. Also didn't fill in my personal info from last year.
