My return was very basic, so I did not exactly have to stress test the software to deal with anything complicated. My only complaint would be I wish that we could have an adjustable size font for easier viewing on 4k monitors.

Been using the tool for years. Does nice job. One major PITA is having to pay for the state e-filing. The fee to file a state return is almost as much as the software costs. I do my kids taxes too and this fee adds up quickly. So a few of my kids file on paper. Costing everyone more time and money. Get the state to pay all or most of the filing fee.

I have been a satisfied customer for over 20 years, mostly very easy to use.. Just heard from IRS that we owe a fairly large amount of money. Agent sending details as problem seems to be estimated tax pmts back in 2021-2022. I believe their error, not Block program or our error. ??????

I’ve used H & R Block software for over 10 years. The software is easy to install and work with. The program takes you through the process and helps you understand the information. The program has a nice flow and is easy to go back and forth while you enter in your data. That being said the price of the software has continued to increase year after year to the point where I’m looking for other options. I’m not sure if I’ll be using H & R Block software next year.
