Your program again was helpful but missed a VERY important feature for me this year. I was unable to download data from my investment firm, Merrill Lynch, who is a pretty big player in personal investing. I am concerned that some deeper data may have been missed or entered incorrectly manually by me. This is a huge reason why I use your software. If the IRS replies that there were issues, or this is not fixed next year, I'll be finding a new program for this purpose.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have been a customer of the PC version of the program for 20years. Execpt for the 1 year where your servers had issues and I had to print and mail it so that it was date stamped correctly I have been a very happy customer.

The software is excellent however if you do have a problem good luck finding help. The software was downloaded but an update was problematic and then I was forced to purchase the again and now have 4 charges (I know that the state program is separate). I would rather have the CD to prevent this again.

Primitive, complicated and hard to use. Why can’t we just scan in all of our tax documents and have AI complete the return for us. Really expensive because it doesn’t even include the state return. Good app, but could be so much better. H&R Block needs to be improved.

Not worth the cost. Anything outside the basic filing and reporting of income, interest, and basic dividends, the software falls apart. Than you have to print all the tax forms and manually check computations and correct line items.
