Interview section on Interest income from the state you are filing and Income from U.S. Obligations as it relates to the State Tax Return is not clear, concise and just not helpful in filing state return. I have to calculate the information myself and enter it into the worksheet directly as otherwise there’s no interview questions that address the handling of it to modify taxable state income. I have no idea if the way I’m handling it is correct as a result.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The Federal Tax program worked Ok but the Utah State program did not work and I had to file manually. Also, I was quadruple billed and now have to fight that battle to get extra charges removed. I will be looking for a better option next year. Sr Citizen

This is my first experience with this software. Worked well with most everything except a K-1 from an S-Corp with carryovers from last year. Would be good for a routine return preparation. The e-file process went smoothly. Not sure if I’ll use it next year.

I was generally pleased with the H&R Block Deluxe 2024 Software. I had both the federal and Maine version. I would like to see a little more "expert" comments on some of the more confusing aspects of taxation, but I think they did a reasonable job.
