I didn't find the new program informative enough and like I said upon leaving it don't think I will be buying it again due to all the different prices you have for it and then put it on sale at the very end because you're not selling it enough and this reminds me why I left you in the first place back when I used to go to your place of business to have my taxes done, kinda like fly by nigh outfit!
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This has been my go to tax program for many years, but it kind of failed me this year. The IRA section an the end was very confusing. section. I also have not received my refund yet from the IRS because it keeps asking me for. identity verification using ID.Me. It has been six weeks and have not received my refund from the federal. But I did receive the one from my state of Missouri.

Worked just fine as before. Been using for about 20 years now. I'm on a Macbook, btw.
My complaint is that I always find it clunky to navigate forms as the program wants me to go to specific points and then I have to keep using those back/next button. Can't you just put me "there" on a place in the form I know is there ?

Good software and makes filing a tax return OK

Overall, the H&R Block product is good and delivers a nice solution for submitting a tax return to the IRS. Could there be better features and help to make the product better for the taxpayer...definitely yes. However, I was able to use the product to submit electronically without tax professional help and the added cost.
