Not sure how anyone could do paper forms. I especially liked how it allowed me to compute my penalty. Consider adding an AI capability that would suggest possible items that were missed or were misaligned with typical returns. An example would be to remind people that the NJ Medical deduction might apply even if the Federal Medical deduction was not applicable. The cost of State electronic filing is disappointing.
Pros: Fast

I had some difficulties with the program. A couple of numbers popped up and I had a hard time correcting it. I grouped my short term investment but long term was an issue. I don’t think it handled a short sale correctly.
