This would be a great product if it could download my 1099s from Charles Schwab. Apparently, after a quick google it has never been able to do this. Why? Schwab is one of the biggest brokerages in the country. It's funny how many complaints I've seen regarding this FLAW, and yet it persists. Why?
Cons: Hard to import documents

I didn't like being charged twice for the same software when the auto-renewal was processed. When I called the 800 number to see about getting a credit, I was put through a call forwarding meat grinder, where I was having to explain things over and over and sit on hold for annoyinly long times. Eventually, I gave up.
