Mostly straight forward to use, definitely makes my tax prep easier with various investments. The download of investment data from broker is certainly helpful, but having to confirm every line item (there are over a hundred) is very time-consuming and pointless. There should be an overall accept option. It would also be nice if more investment firms were available to download.
FYI, the address on the filing instruction sheet for state of Missouri has a different address than the form. Which is correct?

Great economic approach to doing taxes. However, I usually encounter a question or two for which answers are inadequate, and I have to do additional research.

I used to get a good value with an easy and accurate return. The price keeps going up, and this year there were several issues that should have been read in by the prior return.

Just received communication from state of GA. My return has been adjusted to refund from+ $1500 to ZERO. What does GA see that H&R Block did not see. Huge disappointment!!!
Pros: Easy to import documents

The system was a little confusing this year. I wanted to print a copy of my state income tax information but couldn’t figure out how to do that.
