I was disapointed that i could not efile this year as i did previously. There wa a problem with the AGI from 2023 according to the reject reason given by IRS from the submission. So I followed HRB instructions and got the AGI from the IRS to use what they said was the correct AGI, and it was the same as what had been used twice before. So I tried again and it was not accepted. I ended up PRI ting the return and mailing it in and now will have to wait even longer for my refund. This is after I bragged on HRB to my brother about how good you were.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had two issues with the software that I wasn't able to resolve. The help center was unhelpful. Ending up having to file my state return on paper. Something I haven't done in years.
