First time switched to HRB. One major thing I notice is download for states. for example, my son live in NY and I live in GA. he sends me his HRB file for review. I'm not trying to file his return, just review. But I can't view it since I only have GA. I would be great if it could auto download NY to view when a file has NY data.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I, and my late wife, both worked for HRB for 20 years before we "retired". Also, we were both enrolled agents and worked in what was then called the "Executive Tax" division. Now my tax return is much simpler than it was then. I feel that this software is an excellent buy and well worth the money. E

Navigation is not as smooth as Turbo Tax Deluxe. I had to print Federal and State returns separately. Otherwise lot of the features are similar to Turbo Tax which I have used for several years.
