I bought your software for download from you when you advertised an early discount. This was no way to treat aa existing customer because, later, your software went on sale for less from a national chain store for less than your price to existing customers. Your software pre-submittal check highlighted something to check with no explanation for what might have been wrong or questionable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not everyone in the world uses Windows ... this would be so much more useful if I could us it on my computer, I use Linux. I bought a laptop specifically with windows to use this. Now I will need to buy yet ANOTHER one.

I found working with your software this year was a little easier than last year. One thing that you should strongly consider is increasing the font size of your program, or at least give the user the opportunity to adjust it. Senior citizens, such as myself, need larger, or at least normal, font size. Another area that can use improvement is when the filing of the State return is completed. Your software doesn't take you to the next step of printing out the State return. You have to go to the menu to find it.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
