I have used Block for more years than I remember. I’m getting really old now but still use it with no problems. It does most of the work for me. I would not switch.

Pretty good but navigation ease needs improvement

Pretty good product. Navigating back and forth is a bit cumbersome, requiring you go through many screens. This clunky navigation has not changed at all in the last 10 years. Seems like I should be able to easily find a schedule C interview to check something for example, and then single click to get forward to the error checking.
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

It keeps giving me some bogus validation errors. Also it didn't fetch my federal data to state return.
Also got rejected when efile. In my PA state return it asked me to send justification for the difference between my SS wages and state wages. I never seen all of these errors with TurboTax ever.
Also, limited company's 1099 can be imported directly.
