I've used your product for several years now and have encountered bugs. One year I got a screen referencing New York when I was filing for Wisconsin. With regard to the 2024 product, the program halted the reporting of a RMD by incorrectly declaring that my wife's IRA basis was zero. Fortunately, the actual tax form contained the correct basis amount. I tried TurboTax back in the day but they screwed up my registration so badly I couldn't get into the account, so I turned to and stayed with HRB.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Used your software for many years. It works fine, but 2024 was probably my last time. There are just too many added fees and too many cheaper alternatives.
Repeated unsuccessful attempts to meet your ridiculous nickname rules just cemented my decision too look elsewhere.

I bought your software over a month ago. I also contacted the IRS to get my number . They have since mailed me my forms. There is no number on it. So I think that I mailed my forms in. What should I do now.

Your software sucks badly because I was forced to submit my Oregon tax return on the deadline without being able to subtract the portion of my dividend income that is State tax free due to being vested in U.S. Gov. paper. Consequently, I am forced to submit a corrected 2024 Oregon tax return using manually entered forms. Note that I spent days on end trying to solve this problem; however, your software did not even allow me to override the proper entries as well as did not include Oregon Schedule OR-ASC to be able to complete my State tax return properly.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There has been a bug in your software for at least the last two years. It is only possible to print the first 8 pages of form 8283 (Non-cash deductions.)
