I have used this software for the past six years to do my own tax return and have been very satisfied. I think it does a good job explaining the different items to be reported. I admit that I do use the built-in look-up functions fairly often. It walks me through the process pretty smoothly.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Much improved product. Will buy again Had two earlier versions and both were buggy and lacked features. This year ran perfectly and was free from bugs and difficulties. Much better than Turbo Tax and its higher cost.

I have used HR Block online for many years. I find it very easy to complete and always results in maximum accuracy and refunds.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

SW is great. I would give 5 stars if I could buy this software early in the year allowing me to enter deductions throughout the year, when they occur! This would avoid searching for receipts the following April!!!
