The program was overall easy to use and understand. There were some things that were difficult to find or understand. For instance, I could not easily locate where to insert interest earned on my mortgage escrow account as I did not receive a 1099 for it; it was just listed with my interest and property taxes paid.

Software was easy to use. However, it didn't provide a solution to my daughter's return, because the IRS said she needed to submit form 8962, even though she never had health insurance coverage from the healthcare exchange. The IRS said they received a 1095-A, even though she never did. So we had to submit her return on paper with an explanation of why she cannot complete form 8962.
I would recommend this to a friend!
