I have used this software for many, many years now. In fact, I believe that it went under a different name (Taxcut) before it was named H&R Block. It has always been easy to use, and nothing has even happened to cause me to doubt it reliability. I can't see me changing anytime soon. Thank you.

16 years of using this platform without any problems. The last three years have been different though. It was fine until I tried to file the return and the software reported an error that prevented uploading the data to the software server. Rather than explain to me that the servers were busy the software lied and insisted that there was a problem on my end. This is the third year in a row that this has happened. It is annoying since I spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting my system only to find that I had been lied to about the problem and the upload eventually succeeded without any changes on my end. Probably won’t use this software again. Strike three, you’re out.
