Works well. I don't know why you have to verify every electronically imported stock transaction, need a batch approval rather than every transaction. Other than that annoyance, it got the job done.

I've bee using this software since it was called TaxCut (over 20 years). It pulls up all the essentials from tax year before and of course, gets your W2 info online. It asks you all the important questions and does an audit reveiw at the end. I feel like I've been getting the most out of my tax return for real cheap.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Tax software is ok but not as intuitive as TurboTax. Guidance and help on tax issues can be improved. Size of the font and images on the screen small and sometimes hard to read. Import of tax information for W2s and 1099s not as broad as TurboTax.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
