The program was difficult to use due to issues with accessing updates and not being able to file electronically without making changes to firewall & anti virus. Several calls to your support people resolved nothing. I had to figure it out and make changes to my PC system settings. During the last phase of paying for and actually filing electronically, I was charged twice for the State efile and had to wait to see if the overcharge would be corrected. It did. Overall, this is the worst experience I have had with your program. I have been a multiyear user and I do not plan to purchase your 2025 software for the reasons above. Too much trouble for the price.

Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
