I had to change computers and didn’t have time to transfer any of the previous years files. But I found that previous information was brought forward which made entry quick.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Fairly straightforward. I still wish they had the option to purchase the software in CD format. You need to pay attention to some of the initial screens in the beginning or you may be signing up for additional options you didn’t want.

Difficult to understand where interview information should be input. Amount and tax free amount for example, your program added both inputs and result was a much larger income and tax amount. If you allowed me to fill out the forms instead of going thru your interview, I think it would be more user friendly. It took additional time to adjust the interview answers, but I think I think I eventually got the correct output. Think I will try Turbo Tax next year.
