Help is still minimal on most advanced or even intermediate topics. It is the best of a very poor lot of tax software. They still haven’t fixed the ability to file all forms for state versions so I can’t efile. And have to mail in my state return.

The software added a form to report Social Security income, I didn't have any. When I ran the final checks it reported an issue and I had to delete the form, I could have used a help discussion that simply said if you had no Social Security income delete the form.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I have been using this software for well over 10 years and I have been totally satisfied with it. It is gradually improving in terms of intuitiveness. My only request is that it would have a "marker" feature where you can mark a view or page so that one can quickly return to it without manually navigating. Other than that, it's perfect.

I've used your products for years and even worked for you many years ago. This year was a challenge for me as it was my first year retired, so a whole new set of rules were in place. It took me a couple tries, but you guided me through the changes. My problem was at the end when I filed. I kept having to pay one charge after another to e-file my federal return. This was irritating and I don't feel it was fully explained as I was making my choices how to file and pay.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
