Be Careful! State Tax Version does NOT support Delaware part-time residents. Wasted money on that purchase.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

2024 Deluxe Fed and State. Description leads one to believe the state filing is free with this version. It is not, very misleading that I had to pay extra for a state filing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too expensive. To purchase a state program as well seems a bit much. And the charge to efile the state program is way out of line.

Your AI chat bot could not answer our question, was transferred to a support person (supposedly) but nobody ever picked up our call.
Second time we called and same scenario as above. Was on hold for over 45 minutes before we hung up

I've been with turbo tax for as long as I can remember. H&R block was a little more difficult to use.
Cons: Hard to prepare

The only consideration would be to make the dividend download more descript in that it is downloading all documents from the brokage.

I have used HR Block for many years for my federal tax return, This year I also used it for my LA state return. I also paid the very high e-file fee to send it in. The return was immediately rejected by the state. I have had much difficulty with my state return since that time. NOT HAPPY with this!
I would recommend this to a friend!
