The major problem is that the cells are not syncronized, meaning that if the accuracy check flags an item, the program does not show you the related link to fix or change it, the same with the other cells throughout the software. The cells should always allow you to go back to the source of the data.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mostly easy to use and understand how amounts are calculated. Did have a problem with one question. I called the "help desk". That person was able to help me quickly. One of the questions (wich had been in previous years) was reworded. The "rewording" was confusing, even the help desk person admitted the same. When rewording or adding new questions, please make sure the question is very clear to the user as to what you are asking. Thanks.

I had trouble at the end trying to file, there was an error and it was not easy to figure out an address was missing in a field to continue. I’m glad I did a few days ago earlier the filing date because I was frustrated and had to walk away and come back to it.
