Generally I am quite pleased. I've been using H&R Block for the last several years and it is so nice to be able to have last year's data brought forth. Generally the interview process is straight forward but I do have a chronic problem whereby I do something wrong and try to go back and correct it...takes a long time to figure out how to correct it. Also, each year I get all tangled up with the interview on farm income. This part of the interview is very confusing and needs a lot of improvement.

Don’t waste your money on this. I bought the deluxe + state because supposedly I wasn’t to pay for state but I still ended up having to pay to file for state. Better off getting basic and then paying for state.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
