Long time user of H&R Block. The last three years have increasingly difficult to maneuver. From my perspective, the program is a far cry from being “USER FRIENDLY” Each year I hope your format becomes less confusing. I honestly doubt whether I will purchase next year.

gets the job done but no improvements over many years. In-app help is poor, phone support is abysmal, and every year there's a new and different problem. Additionally, it would be nice if after all these years it would actually fill out and calculate the Virginia 760C form instead of telling you to do it and input the final result.

I have used this software to prepare returns for my family, for 10 years. This year there was 1 new item that baffled me, and I couldn't find the answer to how to treat it. Other than that, everything progresses through the returns logically and filing electronically is great!

Once again the macOS version is sorely in need of help. The updater never worked, requiring manual download and installation of updates. The State module also failed to install after the auto download and required back and forth with support to get it installed and working. Please pay more attention to the macOS version, and work with Apple if necessary to get the security model right
