Frustrating experience this year

It was the first time I was considering another product. This year I purchased it and it would not download. Then to call to talk with someone all I get is AI not a person. I am not happy with this experience. Once software was finally download with help of Emmie and a day later calling multiple numbers I got it to work. When I spoke with someone at HR they knew there was an issue with the download.

Easy Peasy

This is the fifth year in a row that I have used H&R Block software to do my taxes. The overall ease of the program is amazing and I would highly recommend this product for your tax needs !!

deluxe plus state product still waiting for state

Great for Federal but when it came to download SC state, was
not available. First, it said will be available 1/23/26, then when that did not happen, 1/26/26. That is today and still unable to download program. Wife used TurboTax did not have any problems with SC state.
