You won me over!

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years but have recently been frustrated by a series of issues with their software for the last few years, not to mention that H&R Block Deluxe software was a better value-i.e. cheaper too! I found your product to be user friendly and more efficient than Turbo Tax. Even works on Windows 10 and it was easy to import my prior year's information from Turbo Tax. Glad I made the switch and wish I had done it a lot sooner. Thank you and I'll be back next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Why is is I have to go back and back to get this done since I have completed it. I don' t know how to finish this and now when I check for my Fed. and State I have nothing coming back. I won't use this next year.

Download is clumsy and confusing. Absolutely NO response or help with technical issue or online account setup. I cannot believe it. I was told this is a good program by family members. Cheaper well you get what you pay for! I will use Turbo tax next time...have used it for years with absolutely no problems!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I have used H&R tax software for many years. There were always frustrating issues. This year's 2025 software appears to be a new reiteration bug. I was checking on the status for a completed, submitted, and accepted return, but the system kept taking me to check for updates. I finally got past that reiterating bug and into another looping bug for 2026 planning.

Did not transfer the correct data from last years. Had to redo the entire firm for this year.

I use this program every year and have done so as long as I can remember. I love the ease and accuracey it provides and will continue to use it in the future.
